THE RUN
We keep things simple: three teams, 5v5 basketball and continuous rotation.
With up to 18 players, we operate a 3-team rotation, with teams rotating on and off court throughout the session.
Game Format
7-minute games
Games are played for a maximum of 7 minutes.
First to 7
A game can finish early if a team reaches 7 points.
1s & 2s
Standard scoring — 1 point inside the arc and 2 points outside.
Call your own fouls
Players are responsible for calling their own fouls. Keep it honest and keep the game moving.
The exact rotation may be adjusted depending on attendance to provide the best possible run.
